Craig,

On 3-2-06, I mailed in my request for demolition, (an original document,
with copies of my and my husbands drivers licenses, for my home at 7162
Patricia Street, Arabi).  I've been calling once a week to see if they
have received it.   Until yesterday, I had been being told that it did
not show being received yet, but that I should try back each week as
they are continuing to log them in daily.  

When I called yesterday, I was told that there is no list of whose forms
have been received to authorize demolition.   Can you please advise how
I need to proceed, as I do not want to bypass any deadline to sign up
for this service.     Thank you, Cindy
