[StBernard] FEMA Flood Zone Maps online - for FREE!

I came across this and thought everyone might find this useful and some
point in time.
 
Below is the link that will take you to FEMA's website where you can follow
the simple steps by entering the parish and area where you want to view the
flood map and determine the flood zone for the specific location.  If you
need any help, call me and I'll try to walk you through it.  But I'm sure if
you play with it for a little while you'll get the hang of it.
 
When you get to the website, save it as a "favorite" website so you'll have
it stored.  When FEMA updates the flood zones, as they have been talking
about in the newspapers, the website will automatically update the maps for
viewing.
 
Normally, you would have to spend hundreds, if not thousands of dollars to
acquire FEMA flood zone maps.  Look at them online for free.
