Mr. Fos,

Good questions, but I have been told not to answer questions about the Oil
Spill legal issues.

Check with an attorney.

Good luck and God Bless,
Craig

Not being an attorney, I wonder if there is anyone who can answer to the
following:

1) If property is located inside the Judge's map (not the original Murphy
map), and one chooses to opt out, and, settle with Murphy, does the property
own get saddled with the responsibility of now owning hazardous property?
How does one go about selling such property and not be open to future
lawsuits, from the purchasers?

2) if one has had the property tested by an independent firm, and, the test
show positive for Murphy related contaminates, and then decides to not opt
out of the class action suit, for fear of future lawsuits, is the
class-action suit "transferrable" to the new property owners, should the
property be sold, thus relieving the seller of any responsibilities,
relative to the hazardous material situation?

3) are there any other scenario's of which I may be overlooking, and, not be
aware?

Thanks,
