My guess is who could afford tuition, in addition to repair/renovation
expenses?  And just how many students will attend school now in Meraux?


At last check, there were 1,000 students attending school in St.
Bernard.  My guess is that is about 1,000 out of a total of 12,000 school
age children pre-Katrina.  The math won't work on this one.

Yes, they way Maestri said it, Hannan High will receive $17,000 a month.
That's dot no. 1.  Dot no. 2 is that Hannan High will open on the Northshore
at St. Ben's in Fall 2006 while its facilities are built at Goodbee.
Now connect the dots, because Maestri doesn't say more than he has to so his
audience has to connect the dots.
