    If I heard right you will only be grandfather in once, if you were
grandfather in, in 1974 then you cannot do this again,  A lot of our parish
houses are  older then this. I know my subdivision was started in 1967 and
Valmar and Frances Place were already there. So would it make sense for us
to start rebuilding before the new code comes out?
