	And what is infuriating is to say if you have a median income to
middle/upper of mid-5 figures to low 6 we're not going to help you?  What
will the people say?  "okay, then I'll haul a** to another state!"  What has
been accomplished by that?  Louisiana will then lose a chunk of tax-payers
who won't be here anymore!!  Arrgghh!!

	LOL yeah, once I start paying the labor and supplies out of my
pocket, I
