[StBernard] The wolf cleans the hen house?

The thing that gets me is that Jr. said in his rebutal to Ron Chapman in the
St. Bernard Voice was that he didn't want FEMA cleaning up the parish
because it would be like having the wolf clean clean out the hen house ( or
something to that effect).  Now he wants to hire the  
chief wolf that was fired from the wolf den.   Maybe Mr. Brown will  
benefit STB, I hope so.  What does Jr. mean.  I think he speaks before
thinking as we all know.  Its kinda funny to follow all of this.  I can't
wait till the next chapter.
