Not necessarily.  Have a licensed contractor help you determine what
specific issues need to be addressed- let the contractor know what your
intentions are.  The water level was an issue, but possibly not as damaging
as one may assume.

So it seems all those weeks we were put on hold waiting for the damage
assessments on our houses ,were for naught. My house had a 10 to 30 % on it
and it was sitting in 12 feet of water certainly this is above 50% damage.
Now tell me how much did we pay to have this curb side services. What a
waste in both time and money.
