The Pecan property is not in a mitigation zone.  See the mitigation areas as
separate and not connecting by those boundaries- For Gallo- it is the
properties on Gallo that back up to the canal; Chalona is not part of the
process.  On Pecan, it is from Wisconsin to the 20 arpent (Missouri) for the
properties on the west side of Pecan Dr.

I am seeking claification as to what area is included in the Chalona canal
mitigation zone.  Specifically, I am interpreting the zone as being bounded
by Gallo Drive on the east side, Pecan Drive on the west side, Wisconsin
Street on the south side, and the forty arpent canal on the north side.  Our
property is located at 3209 Pecan Drive (east side).  This information would
be useful in determining what to do with this property.
