had/has the corruption in the political area as Louisiana has endured for
many years...if we were represented by caring and honest people... we would
not be in the position we find ourselves in today...education is less than
desirable...tax base depends on the upper middle and rich...many people
including upper middle and rich can do better in other states...it is sad
but true...
