Wes, you may want to pass on, that if you have moved the office of motor
vehicles will not forward license plate stickers.  I learned this the hard
way.  I got a ticket from one of Kenner's finest.  Everyone should check the
stickers on their plate, and notify the office of motor vehicles of your new
address.  I am not sure if this can be done online but I figure you will
check into that.  For the record the fine in Kenner is $87.00.
