I have now completed about 90% of moving the St. Bernard Citizen's Recovery
Committee website to a new document management system.

Besides a new menu system, the site now has a search engine to help you find
articles of interest, you can post comments directly about each individual
article, plus it now has a RSS feed.

For the non-technical readers, a RSS feed allows you to use a program called
a News Aggregator to keep track of your favorite websites by letting you
know when new articles have been posted without requiring you to visit the
site manually.
