Oh Deborah I'm sorry.  I didn't make myself clear.
 
The house has been cleaned out and gutted to the studs.  It has a blue roof
on it for now (roof damage not bad but took the opportunity to get the tarp)
but will need to be repaired.  I have the estimate for the roof but am leary
of getting it done until I can get down there to "watch" what's being done.
 
I hired my neighbor to do the gutting and he did treat with bleach over a
period of several weeks..  I'm hoping after we get down there I can do the
Boracare and Sporacidin myself.  My understanding was those products were
available at Home Depot.
 
I know that different people have different circumstances, but after seeing
some digital pics of the inside after the water drained down, there was no
way I could have left that house in a filty, digusting state.  For me, it
would have been an insult to his memory and all the work he put into that
house over the years.
