Here is the response I got from Mr. Estopinal.  Pls see the portion
regarding elevation and Flood Zone.  Question:  Does this mean I will still
have to get an elevation survey done at this time?

	My parents purchased a home in 1972 in Plantation Village in
Poydras.  The address of the property is 2405 Meadowlark Drive.  Their names
are James L. York Sr., (dec.)and Margaret E. York.  I believe that
subdivision was developed by Terry Tedesco.
	 
	If we are fortunate and you have a copy of our survey we will
greatly appreciate it.
