That is exactly right.  And until new maps are adopted by the parish- that
does not change and may not change even after new maps are adopted sometime
in late 2007 I predict.

Okay here is another question last night it was said only those people in
Zone A or zone V were eligible for compliance funds. So does this mean if
you were in a B zone you are in compliance with Fema.
