I would imagine that any employee that is hired as a permanent replacement
for a pre-storm position is entitled to the same benefits that other
permenant employees receive.  I am sure if you request a list of employees
from the personnel director, it is public record.

The TP today listed the Temp employees.  Would any other person that is
working for the parish government be considered a permanent employee if they
were not listed on this list?  Is there a pubic list of all parish permanent
employees with job titles etc? Do all the "new" permanent employees receive
regular parish benefits?  J dolese
