My husband and I had a home in Arabi which we rented out and was destroyed
due to Hurricane Katrina.  The renters left all of their belongings in the
home and are nowhere to be found.  We are not in good health, are on a
limited income and are unable to do any repairs ourselves.  Is there any
assistance available to us in gutting and/or repairing/rebuilding the home?
