Hey Deborah,
 
First, yes,  There was a notation made as to where drainage clogs seemed to
be the worse.  Unfortunately, some of it is a moving target because of the
factor of the debris verses sludge in the line issue.  But it is being
addressed.
 
As far as a vehicle to note the "troubled" areas from the public- one can
always call Public Works at 278-4317.  I believe this number has been
advertised previously and I thought it was on the website.  Or one can call
the council office 278-4217 (which is what did happen for many council
members) and the information gets transferred that way.  Or one could email
me and I pass it on.
 
On the Public Awareness about bagging trash, I am sure we can get a story in
the paper about it- as far as public compliance, we'll see.
