Water meter deposit refunds are being processed (slowly) and the computers
are just about finished so it should start to move more quickly sometime

After calling to try and get someone to refund my water deposit for months,
I finally reached St. Bernard Water about 2 months ago, and spoke with a
very nice lady, who told me their computers were not working for them to do
refunds by computer, so all would have to be processed manually.  Told her I
understood, and gave her my new address.  This was two months ago.  Do you
have any idea if they have started getting deposit refunds in the mail?
