I'm not sure about the roofing materials and the tires- Possibly EPA could
address it.  Send an email with the information about the wherabouts.
 
As far as your title- it would be through the clerk of court's office if it
was filed there.

someone has dropped off roofing shingles and old tires behind my fence.  i
asked the workers if they could pick it up but they informed me that they
could not.  who do i need to contact to pick this up.  we maintained this
area in the past.  Also on another subject where do i get my title for my
home if it is paid for?
