Westley or Craig,

My elderly friend is having trouble with his SBA loan because they need to
know the flood elevation at his address.  I know the insurance company
usually has this information but in his case he has been there for so long
that on his policy it only says Zone A3 and the elevation is listed as 999.
Any idea what elevation Zone A3 is and if SBA can use that number for his
elevation instead of him acquiring yet another inspector/surveyor?
