[StBernard] DUMPSTERS FOR CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS

  Orleans Parish residents can show a driver's license and bring s new
construction debris to a site for disposal, saving having to see it sit
around for weeks and saving parish/FEMA funds for hauling it away. If
Orleans can do this, why can't St. Bernard Parish have a site for its
citizens to bring new construction debris?  Jefferson did it to, and maybe
still is.
