The requirement is that a person living in the park prior to the storm has
first chance of the commercial park site (regardless if their family size
qualifies for a mobile home), then the park will be filled with others.
 
I pulling for you- I know how long you have been waiting.  I have arranged
for a trailer rally day next Saturday at the DRC in the Walmart parking lot
from 9 am - 5 pm to try to get a fix on the issue.
