We have sent in our requests to gut (2) homes - one at 2112 Jean Lafitte
Parkway and one at 2504 Pirate Dr in March; neither one is on the gut list.

I spoke with the Recovery Department about this issue and they said they
have no record of those addresses being signed up. Could you give me an
email address or a number where I can reach Pat and Jay to let them know
that I could fax them over a form to fill out and they can fax it back so I
can hand it in for them or if they could get over here to fill one out and
hand it in, in person to make sure that it doesnt get lost again. Email me
back please.

We do not want either one demolished; how can we correct this?  Do we need
to bring these forms in personally?  We originally put them in the mail.
