I didn't say the last nail, I said the first one.  It will take many years
to be rid of the Landrieu's.

The defeat of Mitch means that it is possible to defeat Mary if the right
challenger steps up.

It will be a lot harder for Mitch to run for Governor.  I don't think he'll
get the automatic support from the DNC that he got for the Mayor's race.

for reelection as Lt. Gov., or challenge Blanco for the governor's seat. You

Don't know how I would have voted if I were an Orleans resident.  The
temptation might have been to stay home on election day.

Mayor of
	New Orleans.
	
	May this be the first nail in the coffin to signify the death of the
	Landrieu (aka Southern Kennedy) clan in Louisiana politics.
