People that moved away and can't and/or not coming back should still at
least arrange for the grass to be cut and the house at least boarded up.  My
neighbor is paying for 3 houses to be cut including his own since he is
living back in the parish and he stated it cost $38.00.  Give me a break
there is no exuse but denial that people are actually living back in the
parish.  I think it's ridiculous, and in most cases people moved on and just
don't want to be bothered.   Notice I said most cases.  Not everyone.  

But really people 38.00 for cutting of grass.  Its part of the clean up from
something catastrophic that happened on Aug 29th.  There is no exuse for the
mess and unattended homes.  I am not rich but please cut your grass or have
someone arrange to get it done and you have moved on and have no time.  If
its your HOME its your responsibility.
