Don't forget about Jefferson's law firm (through his wife) who have had a
contract with Southern University (in B.R.) in excess of $250K annually for
many years now.  And you can bet if they've had to work 20 hours worth of
legal work a year for the university, that's plenty.  Technically, the only
reason Jefferson's law firm was able to have a professional services
contract with the university was because "on paper" he removed himself as a
partner of the firm....BUT Mrs. Jefferson is still a partner.  You connect
the dots.
