I swore I wasn't going to post on the Idol thing because it just doesnt'
interest me that much.
 
That being said, when Hicks was selected, the Fox station here in B'ham cut
to the B'ham-Jefferson Civic Center where there was a HUGE group of fans
watching and those folks went crazie!!  The station then cut to a gathering
in Hoover where Taylor's from and same thing and then one other gathering.
They are incredibly happy about being the hometown to two Idol winners.
