Can anyone recommend a stuctual engineer we can use to inspect our property?

  We are trying to have that done for the 50% under value of the property
thing so we can be grandfathered in for flood elevation by FEMA.  I posted
this before with no response.  Has anyone used and engineer's report as
opposed to a contractors estimates?  Anyone??  Please respond.  We are 
having problems getting contractors estimates.   Thanks.
