[StBernard] Murphy oil map

I don't know where you can find the second Murphy map anymore.  It was
posted on someone's site at one time.  It wasn't this site but I don't
remember where it was.  I have not been keeping up with the maps anymore
since we settled and it's over with now for us.  Maybe you can try the
Murphy site.  I'm not sure of the address.  Sorry.
