I don't understand why you all are waiting for someone else to do your
work. This was a free service that was offered and FEMA is putting an
end to it.
Do your own gutting. Why do you have to wait for someone else to do it
for you?
My husband and I did our gutting by ourselves; we didn't wait for
someone to do it for us.
You are supposed to be adults. Act like it. Stop waiting for someone to
give you something.
You bought/inherited that property; now you are on a pity pot because a
hurricane destroyed it and you want someone to blame.  Now you have only
yourselves to blame because the longer you wait the more damage your
property will incur.
You don't think that the people who were here for Betsy waited for the
government to gut or demo their houses, do you?
