[StBernard] FEMA closing volunteer camps

Let me start by offering this each volunteer should be personnally conmended
for the job they are doing.  Now for the sore spot, everyone is complaining
about FEMA closing the Camps.  If they are only being used by the volunteers
they need to rethink this idea, but if the camps are also taking care of the
average citizen then they should be closed, but open to volunteers only.  
For those that are getting a benifit from these individuals they need to
step up and start donating.  Yes- i have donated more than once and also
when I see these individauls out and about I thank and tell them how much we
appricate all that they are doing to help us to recover.
