[StBernard] cable question

I started out using the regular repair # 1-877-737-2478.  The other day,
they gave me a Katrina # and I apologize that I don't have it with me.  They
weren't anymore helpful that the repair line.  The Bellsouth repairman I
stopped to talk to on St.
Bernard Hwy. said to call the regular repair #.  I can post the Katrina #
the next time I have internet--may be a few days.
