I'm with you.  I'm being to thing that the road home is not going to benefit
most of us in St. Bernard.  They are making the money to difficult or
impossible to obtain.  I hate to be so negative all the time, but it is what
it is for us, and this has been our expeirence every step of the way on this
so called road to recovery.
