The rules change every day and sooner or later someone will pay for changing
the rules every day and for breaking hearts of former residents. It ain't
right, nobody should have to raise their house and then be told to close it
in.
 
Nobody should have to spend money (they don't have) on doors and windows for
gutted houses.
 
There are thousands of FEMA trailers all over the parish, trailer parks in
front of formerly viable businesses. All of a sudden they don't want to
lower property values. Take a look around, get your head out of you're a*&^*
and stop changing the rules every day.
 
Let them come back, give this a chance.
