[StBernard] Abanoned automobiles

Our business is located next to a used car lot.  Any idea if the Parish will
"force" them to clean it up anytime soon?

On tonight's news it was reported that the State Police are beginning to tag
cars, effective immediately, and after three days, the vehicle will be moved
to an auto-pound.  Why is this limited to Orleans parish?  I have seen
vehicles on private property, the neutral grounds, and along the highways.
Why isn't St. Bernard included in this effort?  Is it that only those
automobiles in the Murphy Spill Zone are not eligible for pick-up?  If this
is the case, then we are being told that it is safe to rebuild our homes and
let children play in their yards, but it is not safe to move the abandoned
vehicles? 
 
Any update on this effort will be greatly appreciated?
