   There are two things she can do...Either go into the city to the IRS
building and get duplicates or request duplicates via 1-800-829-1040. As I
said, just keep appealing until they understand the situation.

Thanks Wendy she lost all her tax returns in the flood and has asked the
government to replace the them and she never received them.
