Why is it that every time someone wants to help the people of St. Bernard
there is nothing but problems.  Is it St. Bernard Parish Government giving
them the problem or someone else?  The Parish needs help, I know that people
are moving back and businesses are slowly coming into play, but it will
still take a long time before St. Bernard is the St. Bernard we knew a year
ago.
 
If for every step forward we have to go back 20 what the use?
