[StBernard] Murphy Cleanup i THINK IT IS PICKET TIME.....

i would be very careful about picketing murphy.  the last time someone did
that their house and cars got all shot up by drivebys and they were
eventually forced? or coerced to leave the parish for higher ground across
the lake.  i was there and i saw it happen.
