That was so well written and on target as to almost take my breath away.
You laid it on the line with complete clarity.
 
I would also add one additional caveat:  Our elected leaders must be able to
speak with O N E voice.  Let them quibble behind closed doors or whatever,
but when they speak as representatives of St. Bernard Parish they must speak
as one.
