St Bernard officials asked for this from the beginning telling people it
would be a year before our schools opened and most of the houses were not
live able . WE would have to demolish them. So this turns out not to be
true, but they are not finished with us yet. Lead them on thinking we are
going to help them, tell them all they were asking is that you get on a list
to let us know what your intentions are, so your neighbors will know if they
want to come back are , move to a location that was going to be more
occupied then others. So we make all kind of arraignments to come back in to
sign one of these list and then they let the other shoe fall. What two weeks
later we are informed that our property will be listed as blighted  and not
only that they will have a tattle tale page for residence not in compliance.
Now I am on a list for the Christian contractors to demolish my house and it
looks like we chased them away. I went with them since they would also pull
up the slab for free and we do not know if the parish will add us to their
list. Life is fun ain't it .Am I bitter you bet I am.
