While discussing the options of the SBA loan we questioned the person
handling our application on what would be required if we were forced to
relocate due to job displacement.  The person handling our case mentioned
that we would have to appeal to FEMA, as a job loss issue, to reissue the
loan as a relocation loan and, yes, that there was a time frame in which we
would have to have a buyer on the house to buy-down the loan.  I believe
that the time frame is two years.
