[StBernard] La. officials ask feds to keep paying 100 percent of cleanup

Sorry it's the witch in me but doesn't this sound familiar. Our government
is asking for a deadline to be extended because they do not have the funds,
where have we heard this before, we do not have the funds to add windows and
doors. Let's think about it and maybe we can come up with an answer. Sorry I
just could not pass this one up. (LOL) Sue
