I just got a structural evaluation of my family home in Meraux from Reed
Engineering (Parish business now operating out of Slidell).   Call
985-781-4551 and talk to Alma.  Cost I'm sure will vary by structure but our
small house was less than $200.

Any recommendations? How much does it cost? Made an offer on my next door
neighbor's house and would like to know if it can be restored or if it
should be demo'd. It is about 1500 sq ft. They have only just begun to gut
it and it's not a pretty sight right now.
