New York and Wilkes-Barre, PA to let them know what's ahead of them with
FEMA.
 
Also, let me pose the question all these people from "out there" asked
Louisianians after K.:
 HOW CAN YOU LIVE WHERE YOU MIGHT GET FLOODED?  WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO LIVE
ONLY 40 FEET ABOVE SEA-LEVEL?  ARE YOU ALL CRAAAAZZEEE???
