Has anyone made the decision to move forward with litigation (outside of
Murphy) in any regard to the August 29 date of legal limitation (1 yr)?
Which options are available in the legal sense considering what's happened
to St. Bernardians? Benefits/Cons? Thanks, Geraldo.
