How about organizing your own neighborhood and getting everyone involved in
cleaning up their on yards the best the can.  One Saturday or Sunday...make
it 2 hours of hard work and clean up and then have that BBQ together with
all the old neighbors... How about it..Make that effort.  It could almost
even feel like old times
