[StBernard] Incident-flat tires

Point of Info - 
Wednesday someone placed a screwdriver stuck handle side down in an
expansion crack of the street with the shaft sticking up out of the mud on
Ohio St between Despaux and Ventura.
 
At least 3 vehicles suffered flat tires in the afternoon around 3 pm by
rolling over it until it was noticed. One pickup truck had the front and
back tires on one side damaged.
