[StBernard] debris

"Since it took four phone calls to get the right phone no. at Murphy for
this problem, I think the parish has more clout to get to the right Murphy
person and have Murphy step up the removal of oil contaminated debris so
that it is picked up within a week of being reported. --Deborah Keller"

**I'm curious, Deborah as to what advantage/incentive the parish government
would entertain this supplication with its clout, considering Murphy is a
major business/"Neighborhood partner" and tax beneficiary to the parish? Do
we think that it wants to bite the hand that feeds them? Will someone in
government (in the "public eye") chastise Murphy for any laxadasical
non-performance towards those hurt by its oil? What method of expedition
would be favorable and acceptable to those in the area who has been
chastised themselves, left out of an important equation to recovery?

The struggle wouldn't be as massive if there were intervention and courtesy
to help us avoid further misery in our everyday plight to recuperate and
heal properly. It's just not happening to the majority of our populace.
