I too think it is a great idea for a get together and I think it should be
in St. Bernard.  Post the time and date and tell everyone to bring their own
food etc.  Maybe we can get someone to donate a space walk for the kids.
Maybe the Sheriff's office and the LSU alumni would donate their tent.  As
far as places, you can call John Metzler with the recreation department to
see what park is available to hold the picnic.
